The open platform of human digital liver database has been the key support of Shandong provincial Wei Planning Commission. It is an important part of "12th Five-Year" National Science and technology support program "pediatric liver cancer surgical treatment clinical decision-making system development", which has been included in the "Internet +" action plan of the Shandong provincial government. Paediatrics Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University, the Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University, the children's Hospital of Zhejiang University, the capital Pediatrics Institute and 16 hospitals all over the country provide a large amount of data support for the construction of the platform.
The digital liver model of a large number of normal liver and hepatobiliary pancreatic diseases in different age groups was displayed on the platform, and combined with the case details and annotations of the liver data, the digital liver was presented accurately and completely in the platform with an omni-directional static digital liver picture and simulated animation. The animation simulation of any angle can clearly and intuitively understand the anatomical structure differences of the normal human liver vessels, as well as the internal tumor state of the liver and biliary diseases. The platform also introduces typical cases of children with liver tumor, adult liver tumor, portal hypertension, congenital cholangiectasis, pancreatic tumor and other diseases, and introduces digital medicine, computer assisted surgery, liver segmentation history and Dong`s liver segmentation based on digital liver data analysis.
